Honeymoon island

We then had 4 great days on Aitutaki.

We rode pushbikes around the island which was fun - thankfully I could keep up with Amanda.

We had a great day out on the lagoon with Teking Tours. There were 12 of us and the day included 3 snorkel dives and lunch on one of the islands. Annnd we saw Survivor islands from the Cook Islands series. Very exciting.

We enjoyed the locally made "Cooks" beer, but I wasn't so sure about the other local one. One must try the local flavours though!

Here we are having just arrived in the beautiful Cook Islands.

Cook Islands

Amanda and I travelled to the Cook Islands in August 2011.

What a wonderful holiday we had. I think everyone should have a least one holiday in the Cook Islands.
It was so relaxing. The views are wonderful and the people are very friendly.

We stayed at Edgewater Resort on Rarotonga and were very happy with the accomodation. The staff were great.
